Experience working in a movie theater and/or restaurant setting preferred. Minimum 1 year recruiting (hiring and/or onboarding) experience required. 2 Years of Leadership/Management experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Assume responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager. Help ensure theatre operates within company fiscal metrics and operational standards. Provide outstanding food and beverage preparation, costs, and safety and ensure alcohol is ordered, prepared and served in accordance with company standards and MLCC regulations. Manage and maintain a safe and secure facility by ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. Oversee and ensure compliance to company systems and policies, and state/federal laws and regulations. Assist in maintaining and building the team via: recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, development, and even positive terminations of employment.
